Never judge the rating of a restaurant by the occasional specials. This day’s special was three stars (Yolks on me, because I should have ordered the “Stacks” because that’s what they are known for). The cleanliness of the restaurant was five stars. Things flowed slow and easy, but not too slow, service was good but not rushed, and everything I needed besides my food was on the table: variety of sugar packets, salt and pepper, creamer, napkin, and silverware. I will return just for that, and order one of their highly recommended dishes next time. The best thing I liked about Stacks&Yolks was the laid back atmosphere of the customers, servers and cook. The “special” lowered this review from five stars to four stars (actually three and half stars, rounded up). A sandwich board at the walk-in entrance advertised a special of three egg skillet with potatoes, tomatoes, spinach and ham. room, very clean, with about 20 tables and small breakfast bar seating area, and also a drive-thru window. Only three customers when I was seated, but it quickly filled up t0 half the tables occupied by 8:20am. Review for Stacks&Yolks 3200 N Jones, Las Vegas, NV 89108 on Friday, Apat 8:00am.įirst time visit.
